It has been organized with the support of Astarta-Kyiv together with the Government of Germany - the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the German Development Finance Institution DEG and the Charity Foundation “Believe in Yourself.”
The competition aims to help Ukrainians who have their own business, but need funds for equipment for its development.
One hundred winners of the project will receive up to 20 000 euros each for the equipment they need. There will also undergo trainings and an in-depth study program at Kyiv School of Economics and MIM Business School. In addition, they will have effective tools for entering stable markets for the sale of their products or services.

Financial Director of Fungi Farm Yevhen Salovskyi says that thanks to the victory in the grant project, the farm will be able to implement another large-scale business plan. It is related to the processing of its own ecologically clean products.
- Despite the challenges of the war, we continue to work, provide people with workplaces and hold the economic front. Of course, we also help the Armed Forces every day, because it is thanks to our defenders that we have the opportunity to live freely, develop business and implement projects, - Yevhen Salovskyi emphasized.
Fungi Farm has been growing high-quality and environmentally friendly mushrooms for over 15 years. Greenhouses are located in the suburbs of Ternopil – villages of Khatky and Proniatyn. The Fungi Farm team are experienced technologists with many years of experience who have undergone training and internships at the most popular mushroom farms in Poland.
