Ingredients:

Rye bread - six slices

Avocado - 2 pcs.

Champignons - 10-15 pcs.

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil - 20 ml

Preparation:

Peel the avocado, cut it. Using a fork or a blender, turn it into a homogeneous mass. Add pepper and salt.
Clean the champignons. Cut them into plates and fry them in olive oil.

Spread the avocado paste on the bread. Spread the fried champignons. You can also sprinkle sesame on sandwiches.
