🍽Buy fresh champignons of medium size;

🍽you cannot wash or soak mushrooms, because they will absorb moisture. It is better to clean them from dirt with a brush or a clean sponge;

🍽carefully cut out the darkened areas with a knife, and remove the lower part of the leg;

🍽mushrooms are sorted by size: small ones are dried whole, and large ones are cut into plates.

Tip: it is important that the cut parts are not too thick, otherwise they will not dry well.
