Filling cream soup with champignons

Filling cream soup with champignons, which you will make again and again! 🍲


champignons - 300 g;

potatoes - 4 pcs.;

onion - 1 pc.;

carrot - 1 pc.;

olive oil - 30 ml;

parsley - several sprigs;


salt and pepper to taste.


✅ Pour water into the pan. Add the chopped potatoes, carrots and half of the onion. Add salt. Cook on medium heat.

✅Fry the other half of the onion and mushrooms in a pan with olive oil.

✅ When the vegetables are cooked, put them in a blender, add a little broth and beat. Do the same with fried champignons. Mix. The cream soup is ready! Garnish the dish with parsley.

Important: to make the soup even tastier, be sure to use Fungi Farm champignons!
