In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Divide the mass into 4 parts and form patties from them, about 2 cm thick each.

Add fresh champignons and fry them for about 5-7 minutes until they turn golden. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the buns in half and fry them in a dry pan or in the oven.

Place the cutlet, cheese, fried champignons and lettuce leaves on the bottom of the bun.
Add burger sauce to taste.
Close the top of the bun.
