Ingredients:

300 g of fresh champignons;

4 buns for burgers;

100 g of cheddar cheese;

lettuce;

burger sauce


For the cutlet:

200 g of minced meat;

1 egg;

1/4 cup bread crumbs;

1/2 onion, finely chopped;

2 cloves of garlic, crushed;

salt and pepper to taste.


Prepare the cutlets:

In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Divide the mass into 4 parts and form patties from them, about 2 cm thick each.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side. They should become golden and fried.


Prepare champignons:

Heat another pan with oil over medium heat.

Add fresh champignons and fry them for about 5-7 minutes until they turn golden. Add salt and pepper to taste.


Prepare the buns:

Cut the buns in half and fry them in a dry pan or in the oven.


Assemble the burgers:

Place the cutlet, cheese, fried champignons and lettuce leaves on the bottom of the bun.

Add burger sauce to taste.

Close the top of the bun.
