The season of outdoor picnics is declared open!

Shish kebab is not always about meat. We offer you a tasty and healthy dish on an open fire – shish kebab from champignons and vegetables.


champignons - 1 kg;

zucchini - 1 pc.;

sweet pepper - 2 pcs.;

olive oil - 5 tablespoons;

juice of 1 lemon;

garlic - 1 clove;

thyme - 1 sprig;

rosemary - 1 sprig;

salt and pepper to taste.


Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, pepper and salt.

Clean the champignons. Cut zucchini and pepper.

Coat mushrooms and vegetables with marinade and leave for 20 minutes. Skew on skewers and fry until done!

Tip: choose royal champignons from Fungi Farm for the dish. They are very fleshy, so they will not become dry after cooking over an open fire.
